We, SMARTFIX,INC. (“us”, “we”, or “our”) and its affiliates operate the following online services:

www.smartfixus.com - SmartFix’s Official Website (the “SmartFix Site”); and related mobile applications (the ‘SmartFix: Home Solutions’ App and the ‘SmartFix for Service Providers’ App). The Sites and Apps are collectively referred to as the “Services”. This Privacy Policy applies to all SmartFix’s Services.


We are committed to protecting your privacy and this outline below, as may be updated from time to time (the “Privacy Policy”), explains what information is collected, how it is used, what rights you have, and what choices you may make regarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by us, whether through the Sites or the Apps, as well as during any written, electronic, and oral communication between you and us.

  1. DO NOT TRACK

When you have DNT enabled, we may still use information collected for analytics and measurement purposes or to otherwise provide our Services, but we will not load any third-party trackers. Although we welcome users from all walks of life, our Service is not intended or directed at individuals under the age of 13. Therefore, individuals under the age of 13 may not create an account or otherwise access or use the Services.


We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a Children under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

Requests lacking sufficient detail for us to fulfill them cannot be processed. 


Global Privacy Control


SmartFix responds to and abides by opt-out preference signals sent through the Global Privacy Control. Any opt-out preferences you exercise through these methods will apply only to the specific device or browser on which you made them. California Shine the Light Disclosure

If you are a California resident, you may request a list of third parties that have received your information for direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year. If we have disclosed your information, this list will contain the types of information disclosed, and we will provide this list at no cost. California Do-Not-Track Disclosure

SmartFix is committed to providing you with meaningful choices regarding the information collected on our platform for third-party purposes. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do-Not-Track signals, as the Internet industry is still working on Do-Not-Track standards and solutions. Please note that Do-Not-Track is distinct from the Global Privacy Control browser choice mentioned above.
